In your email, ensure you include your client code, purchase date, and the reason for cancellation. This information is crucial for us to process your cancellation request accurately and efficiently.
Please note that requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted. It is important to adhere to this timeframe as refunds are only available if cancellations are requested within this 30-day window. We cannot process any refunds for requests made beyond this period.
All packages are sold as a single payment. This means that once a package is purchased, the total amount is due upfront and is not subject to installment payments. This policy ensures clarity and transparency in our transactions.
